Limburgse Jagers [LJ] is recruiting Dutch speaking members (PvE).

Our guild strives to be a friendly, organised and helpfull PvE oriented guild. We hope to recruit many more Dutch and Belgian members into our group, and continue being a part of the Guildwars universe.
We closely follow any developments made by Anet, and keep an eye on Gaile's chatlogs for any new speculations and facts.
We've been around since early Prophecies, and hope to still be there when Guild Wars 2 is in stores.

We are currently looking for ACTIVE PvE players from The Netherlands or Belgium, speaking the Dutch language. We have an 18+ age policy, because we want to have a mature guild. We are part of the Dutch Doom Brigade [DDB] Alliance. Our alliance is 100% Dutch-Belgian, so Dutch is the language in which we chat.
As we're all from the Netherlands and Belgium, we are mostly active during the evenings CET.

We appreciate mature behaviour, we don't care if someone is new at the game or a veteran. Everyone is accepted as long as they're Dutch-speaking, 18 years or older, and show respect to others. The main thing we want to achieve is for all members to have fun playing the game with others.
New members that are recruited have a one month trial period, in which the guild can get to know the new player, and vice versa, and decide if our guild is the right guild to be in. This goes both ways. After that period, a member can expect to be treated as a full member, and has access to everything our guild can offer (read below).

We have a guild website and a guild forum, as well as an alliance forum, on which important announcements, tips, builds, events, information etc. are posted, as well as off-topic fun threads.
One of the good things about our guild is that it's not too big, (about 50-60 members) and because of that, everyone knows eachother. There's a real bond between our members.
Some of our members are particularly helpfull to others, in that they are always willing to help with missions or quests, or even farming a certain green item someone would like to get their hands on. Common Materials are freely distributed to those in need of it, and all drops that are worth keeping, are kept on mule characters, generously made by guild officers and even a member or two, so anyone in need of a good weapon can ask for it. Every item that isn't used, is sold in regularly organised alliance sales, for low alliance prices so the guilds in our alliance can also benefit from the things we find, and the profits are kept in a guild storage for guild hall upgrades or for armor/runes for beginning members.

Sometimes special items such as greens are used for guild-lotteries or competitions. These competitions are mostly held on the forum, so everyone can compete. Having PvP combats isn't our forte, and it wouldn't be fair to have guildies combat eachother, since most of them are not very experienced in PvP, and some aren't very experienced in playing at all. So we try to find fun things to do, like telling the most exciting guild-wars related story, making the most beautiful, funny or strange screenshot, or trying to guess at the location of a screenshot made by one of the officers in some place not easily recognized.
Every once in a while we organise guild-parties. Usually around special events, but sometimes a special occasion calls for celebration, such as promoting a member to officer. I've made many screenshots on such occasions, and post them on our guild's website.
We hope such endeavours are inspiring to others, and help make a guild more than just a group of people who just happen to play the same game.
